Nature'l Technology
Within the scope of the workshop, within the scope of the orienteering subject in the annual plan of the Physical Education and Sports course, examples of activities that can be done with students through the "goose-chase" application, which is one of the web 2.0 tools, in a way that is associated with other courses, will be included. Since the institution where our teachers will carry out the activity is an "eco-school", materials such as paper, pencil, transparent file, and tape used in orienteering lessons will not be used, and while developing the awareness of being a digital citizen from the twenty-first-century skills of the students working on the web 2.0 application, it is among the goals to develop their sense of place-direction, as well as to develop their cognitive skills while trying to find the right answer to the questions in the targets.
Aims of the Workshop Activity:
To support students' cognitive, affective, and kinesthetic development while acting as a team.
To actively use technology in the learning environment.
Drawing attention to the concept of eco-school with an online application model that does not require the use of materials.
To be a school that makes a difference with the orienteering application carried out with interdisciplinary work (the annual plans of the mathematics department were examined and the subject of the week in which the project will be carried out was integrated into the orienteering project plans).
