The Rules of Abstract Submission:

Abstracts are submitted online as “ORAL” or “POSTER”. Abstracts sent by postal service, fax, e-mail, etc. will not be taken into consideration.

Abstracts will be submitted in both Turkish and English.

The name, surname, institution, and city of the author of the abstract must be stated in relevant sections.

Academic titles must not be utilized with names.

The font should be Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced.

Only the first letters of the words in the text title should be capitalized.

Abbreviations must not be used in the title.

Papers should include Introduction and Aim, Method, Results, Conclusion, and Key Words sections.

The related sub-title of the work must be stated while the submission of the abstract.

Standard abbreviations are accepted. At first mention, it should be given in parenthesis then it can be used by itself.

Since the summaries sent through the online abstract submission module will be converted into digital books, the participants must pay attention to misspellings. The authors will be considered responsible for their misspellings.

Oral Presentation Rules:

Oral presentations should not exceed 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation, 3 minutes discussion).

Presentations must be checked before the presentation time.

Poster Preparation Rules:

It is important that only the most basic sources are shown in the poster papers and that all the sources shown in the poster papers are shown in the footnote or the bibliography section at the end of the poster paper.

Institutional and contact information of all authors should be included in poster papers.

Authors are required to be present at the beginning of the poster papers on the day, time, and place specified for the discussion of the poster papers.

Poster Technical Specifications:

It should be prepared vertically in a 4:3 ratio as PDF.

The text should be as large and legible as possible on the Poster prepared in the specified dimensions.

The information on the poster should fit on a worksheet and, if necessary, the text should be shortened accordingly, and the quality of the pictures and tables used should be high.

Evaluation of Papers:

The reviewers who have been assigned by section editors/referees will do an evaluation online. Decisions on oral presentation will be sent to all authors. At least one of the authors of the abstracts should be registered with the congress so that the abstracts to be in the electronic congress book/CD.

Full Text Submission Rules:

Abstract/Long Abstract/Full-Text Submission Rules (Özet/Uzun Özet/ Tam Metin Gönderme Kuralları)

Abstracts, long abstracts, and full texts are collected online through the system. Submissions sent via e-mail and similar means will not be accepted.

The title should be written in Turkish and English. Only the first letters of the words in the title should be capitalized. Abbreviations should not be used in the title. (Example title: Basic Skills in Basketball)

Turkish and English abstracts should be included at the beginning, followed by the long abstract.

The authors' name-surname, institution, and city should be clearly indicated. Initials and surnames of all authors should be capitalized. Underline the presenting (registered) author.

Academic titles must not be utilized with names

The font should be Times New Roman 12, single-spaced, 3.5 cm from the left, 2.5 cm from the right, top, and bottom.

It should include Abstract, Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Keywords, and References.

The language is Turkish and English.

The abstract should be prepared in Turkish and English and should not exceed 300 words. The file should not exceed 15 pages.

It may contain tables, figures, and pictures.

APA format should be used in full-text writing (references, tables, bibliography, etc.).

Full texts will be minimum 2500 words and maximum 7500 words.

Standard abbreviations are accepted. The first occurrence of the word is given in parentheses and that abbreviation is used throughout the text.

Full-text papers can be published in the Journal of Physical Education and Sports Research, one of the periodicals of TUBED, after double-blind referee evaluation by author requests, by giving ISBN.
